3D By Billy B began in 2019 with a
simple curiosity about 3D printing and a desire to create unique items
that bring smiles to people's faces.
What started as a hobby
quickly became a passion. Early projects included toys and gifts for
family and friends, but during the pandemic, that passion turned into an
opportunity to help others. Thousands of ear savers were designed,
printed, and distributed to healthcare workers, first responders, and
essential employees across the country.
As the years passed, the
collection grew to include dragons, dinosaurs, fidget toys, home décor,
fantasy creatures, keychains, and unique collectibles. Today, every item
is carefully printed, inspected, and packaged with the same attention
to detail that inspired the very first print.

Every item sold by 3D By Billy B is proudly printed in the United States.
Many products are original creations, while others are produced under commercial licenses from talented artists and designers who allow us to bring their amazing creations to life through 3D printing.
Because each item is individually printed, slight variations in color, finish, and layer lines may occur. These characteristics are normal in the 3D printing process and help make every piece unique.
Materials We Use
Most of our products are printed using PLA filament.
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a durable, plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane, and tapioca. It is one of the most commonly used materials in 3D printing and is valued for its strength, reliability, and environmental benefits.
Color transitions and gradients may vary from item to item, especially when using specialty multicolor filaments. This means every print is truly one of a kind.

Choking Hazard

PLA products can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
Placement near heaters, stoves, or other heat sources

Products are not intended for direct food contact unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing.
Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are returned in their original condition.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Undamaged
Returned with all original packaging when possible
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was received
An error occurred during fulfillment
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, print complexity, and seasonal demand. Estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout whenever possible.
